I’m a dance teacher and Zumba Gold instructor. I’ve made these videos so you can enjoy my classes at your own schedule from the comfort of your own home.

My classes are aimed at slightly older adults, or anyone wanting to get back into fitness. All my routines are all low-impact, and all packed with fun.

Introductory Workout

A 20 Minute taster of my popular Dance Fitness (Zumba Gold) class. We start with a warmup, followed by four routines, and then a cool-down.

More About Me

I’ve been teaching Zumba Gold, senior strength and balance, latin, salsa, swing, ballroom, and children’s dance for over thirty years.  Originally trained in UK by Anne Lingard of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, I’ve lived and taught all over the World. I’m ACE and Zumba certified.  For the last 10 years I ran the Zumba programme at the Y in Seattle, where for 11 years my husband and I organized the World’s largest Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ flash mob. I’ve published two books of routines for school children – one on Motown and the other on Disco – both are available on Amazon.  This is my latest venture – “Happy Days Fun & Fitness” brings the joy of great music, dance, and fitness to people’s living room everywhere.
